At Kolthare you will find an enamouring four-bedroom bangalow by the beach, and at Vanoshi you can enjoy the beauty of nature and get a worthy glamping experience at Tent O Treat. Spread around 35000 sq feet, Tent O Treat has a fully functional sports complex, Five Luxury Tents, Five Premium Villa Rooms and a Spacious dormitory with 22 beds in it.

Situated just 100 meters away from Kolthare beach is the beautiful and spacious four bedrooms bungalow, Shrikanchan Niwas. As it is close to one of the cleanest beaches in India, the walk towards the beach is an experience in itself where the pathway is surrounded by tall and beautiful coconut and jackfruit trees that are also spread across the beach. Being non-commercial beach, the tranquillity of the beach is maintained, making it a perfect place to spend some well-deserved time with your loved ones and make a deeper connection with one another without any disturbance. Apart from the beach, you can explore the places with historical significance like the temples, caves that are around the property. You should also visit our local fish market and find a variety of fresh seafood, along with that explore the nearby island by taking a ferry ride to the place.

Our dormitory is usually booked by school and college for their students and coaches to make them experience camp life and also to help them in becoming a team player and inculcating sportsmanship. Hence, the dormitory is strategically built right beside the massive 35000 sq. ft. sports complex, where you can play and enjoy team sports like basketball, volleyball, cricket, tennis and many more such sports. Along with this, you can enjoy the beauty of nature by going for a trek at the nearby mountain range, you should also enjoy the beautiful Kolthare beach near the property for a beach jog or for a beach walk whichever suits your mood or liking.

For people who are more inclined towards indoor games can enjoy table tennis, pool and carrom, along with that a good selection of board games can also be accessed to enjoy with your family and friends. We have taken care that equipment required to play the games are made available within the sports complex so that you need not worry about carrying the equipment from home. Sight Seeing
Kolthare is separated from the Sahyadri range by the Khed taluka. Kolthare has a seaboard of 50 km which stretches from Burondi, Kelshi to Dabhol. The coastline differs little in its general characteristics from that of other parts of Konkan. It is densely covered by coconut farms. The principal rivers are Bharja in the north and Vashishthi in the south. There is also a small river called Jog which flows through Bandhtivare, Sarang, Tadil, and into the Arabian sea. Despite being only 8 km away from the coast of Arabian sea, the town is located at an altitude of around 800 feet (240 m). It is called a “Mini Mahabaleshwar” because of its cool climate throughout the year. It acts as a Taluka headquarters for several small surrounding villages such as Anjarle, Mandivali, Sarang, Bandhtivare, Bhopan, Harnai, Dabhol, Navse, Unhavare, Jalgaon, Gavhe, Gimhavane, Asud, Vanand, Kherdi, Karde, Visapur, Murud and Umberghar.
