Located only 100 meters away from the famous Kolthare beach in Dapoli, this property is a nature lover’s paradise surrounded by coconut, jackfruit, and other trees.
As you walk along the lush green path toward the beach, you will be surrounded by nothing but nature. This bungalow in Dapoli comprises four spacious bedrooms that offer stunning views of the surrounding area. Whether you’re planning a family vacation or a romantic weekend getaway, Shrikanchan Niwas provides ample space to enjoy your time with your loved ones.
House Rules
Check-in time:- 2 Pm and check-out time:11Am. Guests should respect the property and care about the same. Any damage or loss caused by guests may result in additional fees or charges. Smoking is not allowed inside the bungalow and rooms. We are a pet-friendly Resort. We offer pet-friendly rooms, so please call and notify us if you are traveling with a pet. There is an Rs.800/- non-refundable pet fee per night and a security deposit of Rs 2000 should be paid. Outside food is not allowed in the villa. Guests can invite other guests and day visitors during their stay but separate charges will be implemented if additional guests want to stay. Bachelors are allowed on the property. Group gatherings and parties are allowed on the property. Loud music is not permitted after 10 pm on the property. Illegal activities are prohibited on the property, management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities. Guests are requested to take care of personal belongings. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any personal items. As requested by law, every guest above 18 years of age must carry a government-approved photo identification. We accept only Aadhar cards, Driving Licenses, and passports. All Payments for booking the Bungalow will have to be pre-paid prior to check-in.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation of reservations for which payment was guaranteed or for which a deposit has been sent must reach the Shrikanchan Hotels & Resorts on the cancellation date indicated to avoid your credit card being charged or the forfeiture of your deposit.
1. Free Cancellation If you Cancel 15 days or more before the Check-In Date
2. 50% of the booking amount will be charged if you cancel 9 days to 4 days before Check-In Date.
3. 100% of the booking amount will be charged if you cancel 3 days to 1 day before the Check-In Date.
4. 100% of the booking amount will be charged for the No Show.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

What is the check-in and check-out time?
The check-in time is 2:00 Pm and the check-out time is 11:00 Am. Let us know your arrival time in case you schedule an early check-in we‘ll do our best to have your room available.
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, every day.
Does the bathroom have a shower and hot water?
Yes, all bathrooms have showers and 24×7 hot water.
How far in advance do I have to book?
As soon as you have planned your trip. We sometimes have last-minute availability, but in general, the earlier you book, the better the chances of availability of the rooms.
Is the parking space available?
Yes, free and secured parking space is available.
